Hello everyone, today I’m going to show you how make Mozzerella stick buns for your burgers! Yes you read that right, a Mozzerella stick cheese BUN!
First You Will Need The Following
- Pollo Mozzerella cheese block
- 2 beaten eggs
- 2 cups of flour
- 2 spoons of corn starch
- Italian & Panko season bread crumbs
First you will need to cut your block of Mozzerella cheese in half (or in fourths – Don’t want to make them too thick).
Next take a large circlur cookie cutter (about the size of a bun) & cut out a circle.
Take your Mozzerella circles & coat them evenly in your flour and corn starch mix. Next directly into your beaten eggs. Next coat evenly with your breadcrumb and Panko mix.
Freeze for about 20 minutes, deep fry for 2-4 minutes at 300°. Thanks it! Simple right?
