Bacon Egg n Cheese Muffin!

Hello everyone, today I’m going to show you a quick way to up your breakfast & make your own bacon egg n cheese muffin

First You Will Need The Following 

  1. Pillsbury Biscuits
  2. Bacon
  3. Cheese
  4. Eggs
  5. Cupcake or muffin pan

(You can add pretty much add anything else you want, just following the instructions but replace with your ingredients)
Now that you have everything ready
Wet your fingertips with water, take your biscuits and stretch them out about 1’1/2 -2 inches max  

Now you’re going to take your cooked bacon and scrambled eggs  and add it to the center of the biscuits. (I used about 2 slices of bacon a scoup of eggs n a slice of cheese for each biscuit)

Pinch two sides together, do the same with the opposite sides until it’s a ball shape

Pre heat your oven to 450°  spray your muffin pan with non stick spray and place your biscuit balls seam side down

Bake for 9-12 minutes (until golden brown) butter the top when they first come out the oven

That’s it people! Let cool for about a minute or two and enjoy!

  1. Always looking for easy breakfast ideas that are portable, because son works the early morning shift. I am wondering if these could be frozen, so he could take one or two for his lunch.
