Hello Everyone, today I’ll be showing you how to make a “pregnant goldfish” a homemade goldfish cracker stuffed with bacon mac n cheese!
You will need the following ingredients to make your pregnant goldfishes
- 8 ounces Sharp Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 4 Tablespoons Butter, Cut Into Cubes
- 1 cup Flour
- ¾ teaspoons Salt
- 2 Tablespoons Cold Water
& for your stuffing you just need boxed mac n cheese of your choice & bacon.
First you will need to place all your ingredients in a food processer (except the water) and blend until it looks like sand. Then add your first tablespoon of cold water, blend n repeat.
Next remove the dough from the processor. Form your dough into a ball, place in plastic wrap and chill for about 20 minutes.(while your dough is chilling take this time to make your Mac n Cheese)
Once your dough is chilled, roll out your dough (roll thin, about construction paper thin.) Now you can hand cut a goldfish shape or use a goldfish shaped cookie cutter. Repeat.
Place a healthy serving of your bacon Mac n cheese on the first layer of your cut out goldfish dough, over lap the 2nd layer & pinch the sides together. Deep fry for 5 mintues at 375 degrees & there you have it! (Let cool for a few before you enjoy)
