How To

Ramen Grilled Cheese!

Hello everyone, ever run out of bread but really wanted a grilled cheese? Well, Today I’m going to show you how to make the ramen grilled cheese.

You will need the following ingredients.

  1. Pack of ramen (your choice of flavor)
  2. 2 eggs
  3. Your choice of cheese
  4. Bacon
  5. Square metal cookie cutter (shape of a slice of bread)
  6. Anything else you might want to add

Have everything ? Okay let’s get started!

First you will need to cook your ramen like you would normally do.

  • After you’ve cooked your ramen noodles drain the liquid and let the noodles cool off
  • Dip your noodles in your beaten eggs and let any extra egg wash drip off
  • Place in a hot pan (heat on low, level 2-3 the most) you don’t want to burn the noodles. Cook both sides.
  •  Once noodles start to crisp up (should hold together now just fine) add your choice of cheese, bacon and anything else you would like inside.
  • Cook like you would normally do a grilled cheese and enjoy!

That’s all there is to it. Trust me you want to try this, it’s amazing! Here is a quick 15 second video showing you the steps.

  1. Hi!

I work for associate food editor Zoe Bain at Refinery29. We’re putting together a round up of inventive ramen recipes, and we’re looking to feature your Ramen Grilled Cheese.

We’re running this piece on Thursday, 8/13, and the article would feature a photo of the sandwich, along with a link to your website with the recipe. Here’s an example of a milkshake recipe round up that we’ve put together in the past:

Please let me know if this works for you!

    With thanks,
